For online payment via your credit card,
Prudentialife has partnered with Equitable Card
Network (ECN) for processing of payments. We
are currently accepting payments made through
Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards.
For your convenience, you may also enroll in
our Auto-Charge Arrangement facility
(ACA) facility. In this arrangement,
your credit card will be debited based on the
payment mode you have chosen so you don't have
to do online transaction every time your plan
installment is due.
For remittance payments, please
proceed to any bank or remittance center that
accepts remittance or money transfer to the
Philippines.

2. How do I pay? What currency?
Payments for purchased plans are in Philippine
Peso (PhP). International transactions, which
get charged in US Dollars, vary in Currency
conversion rates depending on the Bank or Credit
Card Company.
3. How much more will it cost me to
buy plans online thru prudentialife.com?
You do not need to pay any additional fees for
purchasing a plan online. The premium paid for
online transactions is the same as the premium
paid for offline transactions.
1. Is it safe to pay through credit
card at prudentialife.com?
Prudentialife.com uses GeoTrust's Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
encryption following the best practices for e-commerce. All
information is encrypted on our server and as it is sent it
can't be hacked or intercepted. To know if your transaction
is secure locate the locked padlock icon or the blue key icon
(depending on the browser that you are using).
2. When do I get
charged for my purchase?
For credit card payments, you are charged upon receipt of
confirmation e-mail advising Transaction Approval, which signifies
that the Credit Card Company has accepted your Credit Card
and that your Bank has already recorded the purchases that
you have made.
3. What are the policies for Cancellation
of Online Plan Application?
Planholders who wish to request for cancellation may send
an email to eservices@prudentialife.com
within seven (7) days from date of the transaction and must
indicate the reason/s for the cancellation request. All requests
for cancellation shall be subject to evaluation and approval.
