Great news! Sales Associates may now accept credit card payment for traditional plan application's first installment anytime, anywhere, via the website www.eprudentialife.com.

This set-up is ideal for Sales Associates with Clients that filled-out a traditional plan application but may have gone abroad or may not have time to visit Prudentialife branches with over-the-counter credit card payment facility.

To use the online credit card payment facility of our website, Sales Associates will have to inform their Clients to follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Visit www.eprudentialife.com and    a Customer Account.

2.   using the registered username and password, and click on the   Menu.

3. Input the required information (Plan Type, Traditional Plan Application No., Amount to Pay, and name and email address of the soliciting Sales Associate) and the credit card details.

The Client and the Sales Associate will receive email confirmation containing the payment transaction details.

To facilitate processing of the plan contract, the Sales Associate will have to endorse or send the signed and original traditional plan application to e-Services Department, 5th Floor Basic Petroleum Bldg., 104 Carlos Palanca St., Legaspi Village, 1229 Makati.
