Flexibilities
1.
Transfer
-
The plan can be sold
or donated by the living Planholder to another
living person who shall enjoy the remaining
benefits.
2.
Updating
-
The plan, if it has lapsed, can be reinstated
by paying the arrears, late payment charges,
and administrative fees.
3.
Assignment
-
The memorialization can be assigned by
the Planholder to anybody who pre-deceases
him, provided the plan is fully paid. The
hospitalization benefit shall be terminated.
4.
Termination
-
The Planholder, upon approval by the Company,
may get the plan’s attained annual
cash value.
