REQUIREMENTS
Insurance benefits are given to the Planholder
upon meeting the following Insurance Requirements:
- 18 - 65 years old at the time of purchase or reinstatement
- In good health at the time of purchase or reinstatement
- One year contestability period from the date of purchase or reinstatement
- Payments must be up-to-date or fully paid
