1. Call for Service
Prudentialife is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week through its hotline 893-0367. A well-trained Memorial Service Administrator (MSA) shall answer the first call made by the family of the deceased Planholder when the plan is to be used.
The MSA will ask for the following information, among others:
- Full name of caller, relationship to the deceased Planholder
- Full name of the deceased Planholder
- Address and contact number
of contact person
*MSA will assist in securing Death Certificate
*MSA will contact selected CSM to pick up the body
2. Preservation, Cosmetics, Casketing & Other Arrangements
- Cleansing, bathing, preservation,
and application of cosmetics
Provision of the pre-selected caskets - Provision of the viewing site after consultation with the family
- Assistance to the family
in securing permits necessary for burial
and other arrangements
3. Viewing and Final Arrangements
- Provision for viewing in an appropriate viewing chapel for a maximum of 3 days
- Provision of viewing paraphernalia such as bier, crucifix, lighting, etc.
- Provision of registry book and pen
- Arrangement of details of the interment proceedings: procession, interment site, date and time.
4. Interment
- Prompt departure of funeral cortege
- Provision of funeral hearse
- Fulfillment and completion of the memorial service
